Admittedly, I originally designed this piece because I was sick of my own lingering bad habits. I was working as a wellness coach, and at the end of the day I was the one falling short on overcoming some negative patterns. I knew what they were triggered by– stress and anxiety, and I knew I wasn’t alone.

So, I started working on a tangible solution to help everyone who struggles with similar daily triggers to redirect focus, push past daily inner battles and cultivate a healthier lifestyle. I also wanted something that was durable, hypoallergenic, quality, tarnish proof, waterproof, and could weather any storm – just like US.

I designed this necklace to be easily adjustable to be worn at the base of the neck — the jugular, which is a vital point of the body’s circulatory system responsible for carrying oxygenated blood to the brain making it that much easier to reconnect with aspirations.
